President Donald Trump spent part of his Oval Office press conference boasting about his “perfect” score on a cognitive exam, claiming his doctor was amazed.

Trump said the test was “risky” because, in his words, “if I didn’t do well, you would be the first to be blurting it.”

“But I had a perfect score,” he continued. “And what did the doctor say? That he’s almost never seen a perfect score. I had a perfect score. I got the highest score. And that made me feel good.”

The video of his remarks, shared by journalist Aaron Rupar on X, quickly spread online, drawing widespread mockery.

Producer Andrew O’Keefe posted on X, “Incredible when people try to say one thing, but end up broadcasting a completely different idea altogether.”

Marie Blanchard, a veteran who said she takes cognitive exams yearly, wrote, “As a veteran who suffered a TBI and takes yearly cognitive exams, he is lying. You do not receive a score.”

Actor Chris Pereria wrote, “Speaking like the leader of North Korea.”

Podcaster Jackson McCurry joined in with a meme from the movie Anchorman, showing Ron Burgundy saying, “I don’t believe you.”

Trump made the comments while hosting the President of Finland in the Oval Office.

A reporter asked about his upcoming visit to Walter Reed Medical Center, and Trump said, “I am meeting with the troops, and I’m also going to do a semi-annual physical, which I do. I think I’m in great shape, but I will let you know. I have no difficulty thus far. Is there wood around here? I will knock on it.” His joke made reporters laugh. He added, “No difficulty. Physically, I feel very good. Mentally, I feel very good.”

When asked about Barack Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize, Trump said, “He got it for doing nothing. Obama got a prize — he didn’t even know what. He got elected and they gave it to Obama for doing absolutely nothing but destroying our country.” He then said Obama was not a good president and called Joe Biden the worst.
