Donald Trump knows damn good and well that Special Counsel Jack Smith is coming for him.
Since the moment the scandal-ridden former president came to learn that Smith was appointed by Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland to handle their range of federal criminal investigations against him, Trump has been raging against Smith and even members of Smith’s family, at every opportunity he gets.
News broke recently that a handful of documents marked classified were discovered at President Biden’s old office in Pennsylvania as well as his personal home in Delaware. The materials were immediately turned over to the proper authorities by the president and his team, and Biden has remained in full cooperation with the probe into the incident.
However, since that news broke, Trump has been absolutely desperate to use the incident as a means to twist his own document scandal — which involved thousands of stolen classified materials that Trump refused to turn over to the National Archives and Records Administration for more than a year and resulted in an FBI search and seizure warrant raid at his Mar-a-Lago compound.

Frankly, Trump’s spin on things hasn’t exactly been effective. So, it seems that he’s attempted to take a new route in an effort to shake Jack Smith — demanding that the special counsel investigate former President Barack Obama instead.
The scandal-ridden former president took to his struggling Truth Social platform and fumed:
Why aren’t they asking President Obama what’s going on with his Administration? Crooked Hillary took and illegally deleted and acid washed 33,000 Emails AFTER getting a Subpoena for those Emails from the United States Congress, and who knows how many Classified Documents Joe took, especially pertaining to Ukraine and China.”
For the record, Hilary Clinton was the subject of a massive investigation by the FBI, and President Joe Biden is, as we speak, the subject of his own special counsel probe, appointed by his own attorney general, to look into any potential mishandling of government documents or materials.
But nevertheless, Trump wrapped up his rager with one final, clear-cut attack against Smith, before all but begging the special prosecutor to investigate someone… Anyone else but him: “Maybe Trump Hating Special ‘Prosecutor’ Jack Smith, who is doing the dirty work for his Marxist Democrat friends, should do the right thing for our Country!”
