Trump Donned A Tuxedo To Deliver A Ridiculous Statement On The “Neverending Witch Hunt” From His Mar-A-Lago Resort And There Was So Much To Unpack

There's a lot to unpack here...

Recently, disgraced former President Donald Trump took to his struggling Truth Social platform where he made this announcement:

Trump vowed that he was going to be making a statement on what he called “the never ending Witch Hunt” from his equally scandal-ridden Mar-a-Lago resort turned post-White House home in Palm Beach, Florida.

And boy… Did he?

Trump held the pseudo press event to deliver a public response to the bombshell news that the US Department of Justice, headed by Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, has “appointed a special counsel to oversee the criminal investigations into the retention of national defense information at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort and parts of the January 6, 2021, insurrection,” per reporting on the matter from CNN.

Apparently, the former guy was trying to make a fashion statement as well as a statement on the “Witch Hunt” as Trump literally donned a tuxedo, complete with the black tie, to address the world (or, rather, whoever would listen to him at this point) where he proceeded to publicly air out his grievances with the DOJ’s decision — including whining about how he’s always victimized and even going so far as to label Jack Smith, who was appointed by the Justice Department as the Special Counsel on the matter, as a “super-radical left.”

Of course, Trump had absolutely no evidence to back up that claim. But when does he ever?

“This is a rigged deal just as the 2020 election was rigged,” Trump fumed from his country club resort, as he doubled and tripled down on his 2020 Big Lie election claims, “and we can’t let them get away with it, we can’t do it, we can’t let this happen to our country.”

“Joe Biden is a corrupt and incompetent political hack,” he raged as he turned his attention to Hunter Biden.

“We are innocent, they are not innocent by any stretch of the imagination,” Trump went on to say. “They’re criminals, I’ve done nothing wrong, they’ve participated in massive criminal activity with many nations.”

“It’s not a fair situation what’s going on,” the scandal-ridden, one-term, twice-impeached former president whined.

To make the whole ordeal that much more hilariously appalling, Trump went on to claim that he has been proven to be “one of the most honest and innocent people ever in our country.”

“Larry knows that,” he added as he pointed to someone in the Mar-a-Lago crowd — we have no idea who.

Seemingly ensuring that he covered all his bases, so to speak, the former president suggested that it was “double jeopardy” for the US Justice Department to investigate his failed January 6th coup and attempt to overthrow a literal United States election, after the U.S. Senate acquitted him on charges of inciting the Capitol riot following his second impeachment in the House on the matter.
