Donald Trump walks around with his head held high, behaving as though his endorsement is as precious as gold itself, essentially expecting anyone who wants one to duke it out like cats and dogs until they’ve proven themselves worthy of his support.
Yet, at the end of the day, this is the type of people Donald Trump endorses.
In a new clip that’s now making massive waves on social media, and not in a good one, one Trump-endorsed GOP senate candidate can be seen encouraging his followers to show up to polling places armed with guns, in a misguided, dangerous, and illegal attempt to take the matter of election fraud that doesn’t exist into their own hands.
Over this past weekend, Trump-endorsed Michigan State Senate candidate Mike Detmer held an event with a room full of his followers, where he took a page straight from the one-term, twice-impeached former guy’s playbook and encouraged them to choose violence.

“If we can’t change the tide, we need to be prepared to lock and load,” Detmer told his audience as he rambled about the Declaration of Independence.
“So you ask, what can we do?” the Trump-endorsed congressional hopeful continued, “Show up armed… Make sure that justice prevails. If we’re going to be facing injustice, it is our responsibility as Americans to make sure that justice is wrought.”
Last night, Mike Detmer, a Trump-endorsed Michigan State Senate candidate, urged his followers to show up to polling places with guns:
“The American people … if we can’t change the tide … we need to be prepared to lock and load.”

The man is quite literally encouraging the same demographic of individuals who violently stormed this nation’s Capitol building just over a year ago to now show up to their polling places “locked and loaded,” guns in hands, to essentially intimidate poll workers into cheating for them, so they don’t suffer yet another humiliating loss.
Frankly, it’s not much different at all from Donald Trump’s own recent call to action during his Conroe, TX, rally over the weekend.
These people are no longer scared of the law. Jan. 6th emboldened them in a way we never would’ve dreamed possible.
