Trump Explodes In Full Meltdown After Simple MRI Question — Dodges The Answer And Spirals Into Denials About His Brain

He sounds more rattled every week

On Sunday night, President Donald Trump added another insult to his long list of attacks on female journalists. The exchange happened aboard Air Force One as he returned to Washington from his Thanksgiving trip to Mar-a-Lago.

Reporters asked Trump about the growing calls for him to release the results of the MRI he said he took earlier in November. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has pushed for transparency after Trump used a mental health slur against him on Thanksgiving Day, calling the governor “seriously r******” in a late-night post.

Trump repeated his familiar claim that he “aced” a cognitive test and suggested the exam proved his mental fitness. When a male reporter noted that Walz wanted the MRI results released, Trump quickly responded that the scans were “perfect.”

“They were perfect, like my phone call where I got impeached,” Trump said. “Absolutely perfect. If you want to have it released, I’ll release it.”

The tension escalated when an unidentified female reporter followed up with a simple question. She asked what part of Trump’s body the MRI examined. Trump seemed irritated and replied, “For what? Releasing?”

She clarified, “No, what part of the body was the MRI looking at?”

Trump brushed off the question. “I have no idea. It was just an MRI,” he said. “It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and aced it. I got a perfect mark, which you would be incapable of doing.”

Earlier on Sunday, Walz appeared on NBC News and urged Trump to release more information. Walz said the president seemed to be “fading physically,” and his behavior should concern Americans.

The governor contrasted his own Thanksgiving with Trump’s online meltdown. “We spent time with our families, we ate, we played games,” Walz said. “This guy is apparently in a room ranting about everything else. This is not normal behavior. It’s not healthy.”

Earlier in November, Trump told reporters that the MRI was part of his annual physical. He insisted the test was “very standard” and boasted that the doctor said the results were the best he had ever seen. But he has still not explained why the MRI was ordered in the first place.

Meanwhile, Trump’s verbal attacks on journalists have increased in frequency. The targets have often been women.

Last week, Trump snapped at CBS News correspondent Nancy Cordes after she challenged one of his claims. He responded by calling her “a stupid person.”

The day before, he accused New York Times reporter Katie Rogers of being assigned to “only write bad things” about him. He went further, calling her “a third-rate reporter who is ugly, both inside and out.”

And earlier this month, he told Bloomberg’s Catherine Lucey to be “quiet, piggy” when she asked about the Epstein Files. The president cut her off before she could finish her question.

After the backlash, the White House insisted Lucey had acted “inappropriately.” Critics called that explanation another attempt to deflect from Trump’s insults.
