Donald Trump spent part of Saturday morning out of public view for what the White House described as a routine dentist visit in Florida. Hours later, he resurfaced online with a rapid series of attacks aimed at a long list of political enemies.
According to a White House pool report, the president’s motorcade left Mar-a-Lago shortly before 8 a.m. for a scheduled dental appointment.
A pool note sent at 7:56 a.m. stated, “President Trump is going to a scheduled dental appointment at his local dentist in Florida.” The motorcade arrived at the dentist’s office at 8:12 a.m., but pool reporters again did not see the president.
Another update confirmed the motorcade departed at 10:03 a.m. No details were provided about the visit. A White House official later told reporters that Trump did not receive anesthesia during the appointment.

For the rest of the morning, the president stayed silent publicly. There were no appearances. No statements. No events.
Then the tone changed.
Shortly after returning to Mar-a-Lago, Trump began posting aggressively on social media, launching attacks against several familiar targets. The posts appeared in quick succession and focused on legal figures, Democratic leaders, and former officials he has clashed with for years.
In one post, Trump went after special counsel Jack Smith, writing, “Deranged Jack Smith should be sitting in prison for all that he has done to disgrace our Country!” The post linked to a conservative website.
Other posts targeted former FBI Director James Comey and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Those posts shared content originally pushed by Fox News personality Greg Jarrett.
Trump also shared an article attacking former President Barack Obama. The headline read, “‘Ten-year stain:’ Bondi asks prosecutors to probe Obama Biden lawfare as criminal conspiracy.”
The attacks on Obama followed comments Trump made at the White House the day before. During a Friday event, Trump complained about Obama receiving the Nobel Peace Prize.
“Obama got the Nobel Prize. He had no idea why. He still has no idea. He walks around, he says, ‘I got the Nobel Prize.’ Why did he get a Nobel Prize? He got it almost immediately upon attaining office and he didn’t do anything, and he was a bad president,” Trump said.
Another social media post repeated criticism of Obama, keeping the former president squarely in Trump’s crosshairs.
By late morning, the White House press pool called a “lid” at 11 36 a.m., signaling no further public activity from the president for the day.
