Donald Trumpโs already fragile ego is guaranteed to be absolutely shattered now, after none other than popular Conservative podcaster Joe Rogan hit the washed-up ex-president right where it hurts.
During an episode of his show, Rogan spoke with podcast host Lex Fridman and openly admitted that heโs no supporter of the scandal-ridden ex-president, and he refuses to use his massive platform to help Trump get any sort of leg up.
โThe Trump era is also going to be one of the weirder times,โ Rogan said during the episode yesterday, on the Fourth of July. โWhen people look back historically about the division in this country, heโs such a polarizing figure that so many people felt like they could abandon their own ethics and morals and principles just to attack him and anybody who supports him because he is an existential threat to democracy itself.โ
โDonโt you think itโs not a cause, but maybe like a symptom, like itโs gonna get, you said it got real weird. Maybe itโs gonna get weirder,โ Fridman responded.

Rogan responded by saying that he fully expects Donald Trump to run for the presidency again, prompting Fridman to ask whether Rogan thinks the former guy can win.
โWell, heโs running against a dead man, you know? I mean, (Joe) Biden, shakes hands with people that arenโt even there when he gets off stage. I think heโs seeing ghosts,โ Rogan answered. โYou see him on Jimmy Kimmel the other day? He was just rambling. I mean, heโs โ if he was anyone else, if he was a Republican, if that was Donald Trump doing that, every fucking talk show would be screaming for him to be off the air.โ
But then came the podcasterโs big revelation.
โBy the way, Iโm not a Trump supporter in any way, shape, or form. Iโve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once โ Iโve said no, every time. I donโt want to help him,โ Joe organ admitted. โIโm not interested in helping him.โ
โI think youโll have him on,โ Fridman pushed back in his response. โI think ultimately, I mean, you had, youโve had a lot of people that I think you might, you may otherwise be skeptical. โWould I have a good conversation?โ Which I think is your metric, you donโt care about politics โฆ And I think you had like Kanye (West) on, for example, and you had a great conversation with them.โ
โYeah, but Kanyeโs an artist. Kanye doing well or not doing well, doesnโt change the course of our country,โ Rogan responded flat out.

Hereโs my conversation with @joerogan on episode 300 of the podcast. I feel truly lucky and grateful to be alive, to get to meet and become friends with the people who I admire, and to receive so much love from folks along the way.
