Let’s face it — there is truly no denying at this point that Donald Trump’s ego and his overwhelming sense of pompous self-importance have grown to such an unhinged, out-of-hand degree that I can only imagine psychiatric professionals around the globe at left to marvel at him in a mix of horror, morbid curiosity, and disbelief.
To make a long story short, we have frankly come to expect some seriously unhinged, downright insane nonsense from this guy. Over the years, it’s gotten to a point of sorts where most of the time, no one even bats an eye at his ridiculous, off-the-wall antics.
But nevertheless, every once in a great while, he still gets us.
While it’s certainly not as often anymore, the scandal-ridden, one-term, twice-impeached former guy still has the occasional knack for coming off with something so outlandish, so deeply narcissistic that it makes your eyeballs twitch and quite literally leaves you feeling queasy for a day or two, as your brain tries to process how in the world a human being could be so egomaniacal and downright unhinged, and yet still manage to live in the White House for four full years, while he actively destroyed this country from the inside out.

This week, as the scandal and legal peril mount to a catastrophic crescendo around the former guy and everyone around him, Trump took to his floundering fake Twitter, where he posted one of his most narcissistic “Truths” to date.
Former federal prosecutor under Ron DeSantis, turned popular anti-GOP Twitter user Ron Filipkowski did the Lord’s work and posted the video from Trump’s unhinged Truth Social post on Twitter, where the normal people are:

The video features various clips of the former guy with some seriously dramatic narration, including this gem: “Every once in a while, the lion has to show the jackals who he is.”
Obviously, the narration in the clip is indicative that Trump sees himself as the proverbial lion in this weird little scenario.
