Yes, he wrote “perade” instead of parade.

The parade is meant to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army. It also happens to fall on Trump’s 79th birthday. He says it is not about him, but everything points back to him. He will give a speech, receive a folded flag, and lead a military ceremony.

The Army has brought in more than 6,000 troops, 150 vehicles, and 50 aircraft. The streets of Washington are lined with tanks. There will be fighter jet flyovers and fireworks.

People online reacted quickly. Some said the “perade” looked like a joke. Others said it suited Trump perfectly. They called it careless, selfish, or just plain lazy.

Some joked that “perade” might be short for “pervert” or “parody.” Others said it sounded like “charade.” A few blamed it on old age, while others simply called him a moron. Most agreed it was a bad look, especially for someone who always wants to appear strong.

The parade itself is also facing criticism. Estimates say it will cost between $25 million and $45 million. Polls show that most Americans do not think it is a good use of money.

At the same time, there is real tension in the world. Israel and Iran are in conflict, and some worry it could lead to a bigger war. But while all that is happening, Trump is busy with tanks, flags, music, and his birthday.
