Trump Releases Campaign Video Promising “Swift, Certain, And Strong” School Discipline

Donald Trump is clearly desperate to breathe some new life into his failing 2024 presidential campaign and apparently he believes that having a hand in disciplining your minor children at school is the correct way to accomplish just that.

The scandal-ridden former president and 2024 Republican candidate has released a new campaign video, in which he appears to vow to position the federal government in a disciplinary role against school-aged children, should he see success in returning to the White House following his 3rd consecutive bid for the presidency.

Trump’s deeply disturbing remarks came as one leg of an apparent seven-point plan outlined in his new video message, in which he seems to focus on harnessing the powers of the police force and, frankly, unadulterated violence in the United States to get a handle on crime in America — which he apparently believes stems from the nation’s “wild” youth.

“We will end the leftist takeover of school discipline and juvenile justice,” former President Donald Trump vows in the pre-recorded 5-minute campaign video that went public today.

“Many of these carjackers and criminals are 13, 14, and 15 years old. I will order the Education and Justice Departments to overhaul federal standards on disciplining minors,” going on to add, “So when troubled youth are out of control, they’re out on the streets and they’re going wild, we will stop it. The consequences are swift, certain, and strong and they will know that.”

Trump even goes so far as to promise to flood the streets of the nation with “federal assets” as part of his tough-on-crime approach to leadership in the US.

“I will not hesitate to send in federal assets including the National Guard until safety is restored,” Donald Trump declares in the unhinged clip.

The scandal-ridden ex-president’s video campaign speech was built within its first moments on his incessant notion that Joe Biden has created an America riddled with crime, devoid of punishment, declaring, “Joe Biden and the ‘defund the police Democrats’ have turned our once great cities into cesspools of bloodshed and crime.”

Trump’s claim here, like most others he makes, is of course a completely false narrative implemented by the Right in an attempt to discredit the sitting president, considering Biden has made it clear on multiple occasions that he does not support the “defund the police” movement and analyses from USA Today as well as the New York Times have determined that American cities are far from the “cesspools of bloodshed and crime” that Trump claims they are.
