Trump Reportedly Exploded In A Fit After White House Staff Dared To Change His Bed Sheets

Strange life behind doors

President Donald Trump has some unusual bedtime habits and even threw a baffling “fit” when White House staffers messed with his bedding, according to his former biographer.

Author Michael Wolff sat down with Daily Beast’s Inside Trump’s Head podcast and shared new details about what life was like inside Trump’s private space at the White House. Wolff revealed that the president once went so far as to install a lock on his bedroom door, a decision that left the Secret Service furious.

“This was a confrontation,” Wolff said. “[They] actually took it off, demanded that it be taken off.”

The lock was not the only problem. Wolff recalled another strange moment that shocked even him. He said Trump completely lost control after the White House domestic staff tried to freshen up his bed.

“He had a fit,” said Wolff. “What that’s about, I have no idea.”

That single detail raises many questions about the president’s habits. Why would a normal change of sheets bring out such an extreme reaction? Wolff did not offer an explanation. But his story suggests that Trump’s bedroom life, much like his political life, was marked by anger, paranoia, and drama.

The conversation then turned to how Trump behaved in the Oval Office. Wolff compared the atmosphere in the room to something far from presidential. He said it looked more like a waiting area full of people sitting down, watching, and waiting for the president to talk.

Wolff said, “It was a ‘bus station,’ with aides and staffers dragging in chairs to sit as an audience to his nonstop monologues.”

The author explained that Trump never really stopped talking. His energy carried on long after the workday and even right up until bedtime.

“He’s on the phone, too, I mean, I think until the last possible moment,” Wolff said. “He’s talking, talking to somebody.”

This nonstop talking, Wolff suggested, was not just casual chatter. It revealed something about how Trump’s mind worked. He described Trump as a man who lets everything spill out in one endless stream, without pause or reflection.

“This is, there is no breath,” Wolff said. “One of the things that when he speaks, what is inside the head comes out of the mouth. So whatever confusion, chaos, churning, past grievances, comes out and it doesn’t stop. So you will sit with him, and you could sit with him for hours, and you will never, ever, ever have a moment to say anything.”

That description gives a clear picture of how exhausting it could be to be around Trump. According to Wolff, his mind was always racing, and his words never slowed down. Aides were left to sit, listen, and absorb whatever grievance or thought came spilling out.

But as Wolff shared his latest claims, the White House came back swinging. Trump’s communications director, Steven Cheung, attacked Wolff with a furious response.

“Michael Wolff lives in an alternate universe and he completely fabricates lies in order to gain whatever bit of relevancy that he thought he once had,” Cheung said. “In reality, he is a sad, pathetic cuck who is a parasite. Nothing that comes out of his mouth is true.”
