So much for “genius”

Many people found it ironic because Trump often talks about how smart he is.

In 2020, he said he “aced” a cognitive test. He proudly remembered the words: “person, woman, man, camera, TV.” He said, “They say, ‘That’s amazing, how did you do that?’ I do it because I have, like, a good memory. Because I’m cognitively there.” The test he mentioned was likely the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, used to detect early signs of memory loss

This clip spread fast online. Some found it funny. Others found it embarrassing.

And this isn’t the first time Trump has had trouble with small but symbolic moments. Remember the time he couldn’t drink a glass of water with one hand? Or when he slowly walked down a ramp at West Point and later blamed it on his shoes?

It may just be a box, but every awkward moment leaves a mark for a man obsessed with appearances.
