United States history was once again made after DOJ-appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team formally indicted scandal-plagued ex-President Donald Trump on multiple charges related to the infamous stolen document scandal. This brutal indictment serves as the former president’s 2nd official indictment in a number of weeks, and his first formal indictment on federal charges stemming from the US Department of Justice.
Smith, on behalf of the Biden DOJ, has been investigating the former president for his role in inciting the January 6th Capitol insurrection, his attempt to overthrow the 2020 presidential election after his loss to Joe Biden, and the infamous stolen Mar-a-Lago document scandal, in which Donald Trump stole classified government documents at the end of his presidency, relocated the material to his Palm Beach compound, where he hid them, lied about his possession of the materials, and repeatedly refused to comply with government requests and subpoenas for their return.
But even as the dust has yet to settle surrounding the DOJ’s 37 felony indictment against Donald Trump, new reporting now reveals that the ex-president’s own team is already bracing for yet another round of indictments against their Dear Leader — this time coming from the state of Georgia.
This week, CNN reported that sources inside Trump World fully expect the scandal-plagued, disgraced former president to be the subject of at least one more round of indictments in connection to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ investigation into Donald’s attempts to overthrow the results of the 2020 presidential election in the Peach State.

In a live evening segment, CNN’s Out Front anchor Erin Burnett announced, “Law enforcement officials there are actually taking steps to prepare.”
During the segment, Burnett spoke with former Department of Defense special counsel Ryan Goodman and questioned whether the ex-government official agrees that Donald Trump will soon face yet another formal indictment hailing from Georgia’s ongoing election investigation.
“Do you agree that that’s the next?” the CNN host asked.
“Um, I agree that that’s at least one of the next. In mid– early to mid-August, it definitely appears as though he will be indicted in Fulton County, Georgia,” Goodman answered. But to make matters even worse for the ex-president, the former DOH official went on to further add that he also fully expects an indictment against Donald Trump for his role in the incitement of the deadly January 6th Capitol insurrection as well.
