There’s no denying at this point that Donald J. Trump not only has a sickeningly large level of sway and influence over his cult-like followers but that he is personally well aware of this fact and regularly uses this power to influence his supporters to do his dirty work for him while he keeps his own hands “clean.”
We saw undeniable proof of this fact in the form of the infamous, deadly January 6th Capitol insurrection — where Donald Trump’s sway and influence over his following was so blatant that he’s now been charged with personally and purposefully inciting the violent attack.
This power and leverage is the same reason why the former president has been repeatedly subjected to multiple gag orders across multiple different criminal and civil cases — as prosecutors and judges are well aware that Donald’s words and rhetoric carry an almost unprecedented amount of sway over his base of followers and he can easily ignite and inspire them to do horrifying, vile things in his name with just a few key words in a social media post.
Stormy Daniels ended up being yet another prime example of exactly this.
Recently, the adult film star and former alleged Trump affair partner, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, released a bombshell documentary titled “Stormy,” in which she details her side of the story and the way her life was turned on its head in 2018 when she went public with her claim that she had sex with Donald Trump more than a decade ago, while his wife and newborn baby were at home without him.

Daniels’ life was once again forever transformed in 2023 when Manhattan prosecutors accused Donald Trump of falsifying business records surrounding a payment that was made to Daniels during the 2016 election cycle that amounted to a hush money payment, attempting to buy Stormy’s silence about the affair, so the story wouldn’t harm his chances at securing the US presidency.
Trump has, of course, pleaded not guilty to these charges and even denies the alleged affair with Daniels in its entirety.
Daniels reveals that after the hush money indictment came down, Trump’s former personal attorney and self-described “fixer” Micheal Cohen, who was personally implicated in and did jail time over the hush money scheme, reached out to her with serious concerns for her safety.
Soon thereafter, Stormy’s home address was leaked online.
The alleged former Trump affair partner was instantly subjected to a deluge of hatred and harassment in the name of the man who tried to pay her off.
She recalls one particular incident at her home when someone attempted to draw her out of the house by harming her horse.
Daniels, who has been passionate about horses her whole life, said, “They shot him with the rubber bullet.”
Stormy’s horse survived the horrific assault but still bears the marks from where it was shot.
She goes on to describe the onslaught of vile, horrendous threats she was subjected to online, ranging from messages and public comments where people wished her dead and encouraged her to kill herself.
“The justice system failed me,” Stormy emotionally tells viewers in her new documentary that’s now streaming on NBC’s streaming service Peacock. “It has absolutely failed me in every single way.”
Daniels admits that she’s no stranger to harassment and dangerous threats, even before the hush money indictment came down on the former president’s head. The adult film star admitted that she has been in constant fear for her safety and the safety of her friends and family from the very moment she chose to break her silence and speak out against Donald J. Trump.
“I was completely sure that I was going to die,” Stormy said in one particularly gut-wrenching admission.
She goes on to explain that during one of her performance tours, she purposefully limited her visits back home in an effort to maintain a sense of normalcy for her daughter and protect her safety.
“I can’t be home for more than 24 hours because then press parks in my f—— front yard and she can’t ride her bike,” she says in a video included in the documentary. “I have to stay away from her.”
Stormy Daniels is slated to take the witness stand and testify against Donald Trump in the Manhattan Hush Money trial in the coming weeks. Donald Trump and his legal team worked tirelessly and desperately to prevent Daniels and Cohen from taking the stand in this case, however, their efforts were rebuffed by the judge.
