On Sunday night, the president celebrated his 80th birthday with the first-ever MMA card to be held on the White House lawn.

And before it began, the event featured some pretty surprising music.

According to The Daily Beast, “as the spectators waited for the games, which were delayed an hour due to stormy weather, music from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs blasted from the speakers—an eyebrow-raising choice given the rapper’s dramatic fall from grace.”

The song was  “Feel So Good” by Mase, on which Combs sang a verse. Combs is listed as a producer of the song, which was released by his Bad Boy Records label.

The music impresario was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution last year, although he was acquitted on more serious charges. The Beast also reported that Combs’ attorneys have urged the Trump Administration to consider a potential pardon for their client, something Trump has confirmed, although there’s been no indication such a thing is being considered.

Trump and Combs have been photographed together in the past, during the times they were both living in New York and once described Diddy as his friend on an episode of The Apprentice.

Social media users had some thoughts about the use of that particular song.
