Donald Trump is begging for unity as Epstein rage boils over among his most loyal supporters.
On Saturday, the president rushed to defend Attorney General Pam Bondi after a storm of criticism from Trump’s most loyal followers. The anger started when the Justice Department released a statement saying Jeffrey Epstein “did, in fact, end his own life” and that there was no client list. That was not what many MAGA voices were expecting.
“What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?’” Trump posted on Truth Social. “They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB! We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening.”
This comes after years of Trump and his allies vowing to reveal the truth. According to them, Epstein didn’t really kill himself. There was a secret list of powerful people. And it would all be exposed under Trump’s watch.

But none of that happened.
Now, people like Laura Loomer are calling for Bondi to be fired. Others believe she was slow-walking the investigation on purpose. Trump is clearly panicking and trying to stop the fallout before it grows worse.
“We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and ‘selfish people’ are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein. For years, it’s Epstein, over and over again,” Trump wrote.
He tried to shift the blame. He claimed that any files were “written by Trump’s enemies in previous Democratic administrations.” He said people should stop talking about Epstein and focus on “rigged” elections instead.
The White House has also been denying reports that Dan Bongino, the Deputy Director and a longtime Epstein conspiracy pusher, is considering quitting. Rumors started after he reportedly clashed with Bondi over the investigation.
“The conspiracy theories just aren’t true, never have been,” FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X. “It’s an honor to serve the President of the United States @realDonaldTrump — and I’ll continue to do so for as long as he calls on me.”

Still, Trump is clearly worried. He ended his Saturday rant with a bold demand: “LET PAM BONDI DO HER JOB — SHE’S GREAT! Let’s keep it that way and not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, someone who nobody cares about. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
But the outrage hasn’t faded.
For years, Trump and his circle made Epstein a symbol of elite corruption. They talked about exposing the whole system. Now they are telling people to drop it and move on. That is not sitting well with the base.
