Biden was having NONE of it.

President Joe Biden put Fox News’ number one agitator, Peter Doocy, right directly in his place today during a somewhat tense exchange after Doocy had the nerve to try to prod the United States President into revealing how the country would respond to Russia should Putin decide to use chemical weapons against Ukraine amid the war.

At the very beginning of their back and forth, Doocy the president about his administration’s recent decision to walk back the statement Biden made over the weekend, indicating that Russian dictatorial President Vladimir Putin should not be in power. The Fox White House reporter went on to further press whether Biden thought this walk back would have a negative effect on America’s credibility in other important areas.

Doocy began, “When you said that a chemical weapon use by Russia would trigger a response in kind…”

“It would trigger a significant response,” Biden responded quickly.

“What does that mean?” Doocy pressed.

But the President was having no part of the Fox News reporter’s nonsense.

“I’m not going to tell you,” President Biden fired back. “Why would I tell you? You’ve gotta be silly!”

“The world wants to know,” Doocy responded a bit sheepishly.

“The world wants to know a lot of things,” Biden answered. “I’m not telling them what the response would be. Then Russia knows the response.”

This is, of course, far from the first time the President has butted heads with Fox News’ Peter Doocy, even calling the annoying Fox reporter a “stupid son of a bitch” for Peter’s question regarding whether rising inflation would damage Democrats’ prospects in the upcoming 2020 midterm elections.
