Sarah Huckabee Sanders, former press secretary for Donald Trump, recently tried to take a swipe at Vice President Kamala Harris. During an interview on Fox News, Sanders claimed that Harris couldn’t handle an interview on her own, saying she needed a “babysitter” to help her out. Sanders even tweeted, “Team Harris thinks Kamala needs a new babysitter. I think America needs a new President.”

But instead of getting support, Sanders got hit with a dose of internet truth—funny and harsh replies that made her look even more silly. The internet didn’t wait long to fire back. Keith Olbermann started things off by calling her a “useless nepo-baby” and teasing her for not even knowing how to say Harris’s name right. Burn! Then another Twitter user, AWebPro, cleverly twisted Sanders’ own words, saying, “I agree. America needs a new President, not an old one like Donald Trump but someone who has never been President like Kamala Harris.”

Sally Gardner didn’t hold back either, calling out Sanders for spending money like it was a holiday fund. She tweeted, “Sarah, you stole money from your state to go on a holiday with your friends! You need to answer questions about that “podium” you purchased for an exorbitant amount of money.” Looks like Sarah’s been doing some shopping, but maybe she should focus more on her own mess before pointing fingers. After all, it’s hard to throw stones when your own house is made of glass!

One of the funniest responses came from Heath Middle Man, who pointed out Sanders’ own struggles with the press: “This is from the woman who didn’t do a press conference at the White House for 90 days because she couldn’t handle the press’s criticism.” He even added that the Harris interview was just a smart strategy to introduce her and Tim Walz together—two birds with one stone!

And then there was Beth, who didn’t hold back at all. She fired off, “ou jealous hag. Your cult leader is posting that Harris sucked dick to get her positions. Do you admire him for that? Applaud it?” Beth wasn’t done—she also threw in a reminder that Sanders’ state is ranked #48 in education. Maybe instead of throwing shade at Harris, Sanders should focus on fixing her own backyard. But hey, priorities, right?

Sarah Huckabee Sanders tried to take a shot at Kamala Harris, but it backfired spectacularly. Instead of landing a blow, she ended up on the receiving end of some sharp comebacks.
