Watch Vance Try Everything In His Power To Avoid Answering Question About 2020 Election And It’s Truly Pathetic

This is embarrassing

It’s no surprise that JD Vance tried everything he could to avoid answering a straightforward question about the 2020 election. During The Interview on The New York Times, Lulu asked Vance a simple question: “Do you believe Trump lost the 2020 election?” But instead of answering the question directly, Vance danced around it and gave a very confusing response.

Vance replied, “I think that Donald Trump and I have both raised a number of issues with the 2020 election, but we’re focused on the future. I think there’s an obsession here with focusing on 2020. I am much more worried about what happened after, which is a wide-open border.” He didn’t even try to answer the actual question and instead brought up unrelated issues like the U.S. border. This tactic is frustrating, but it’s not new when it comes to Trump’s supporters. Many of them, especially those in positions of power, have continued to sidestep questions about Trump’s loss in 2020.

Lulu wasn’t fooled by Vance’s attempt to change the topic. She pressed him again and asked, “Senator, yes or no?” This should have been a simple moment of honesty for Vance. But he avoided the question again by bringing up a completely different topic. “Let me ask you a question… Is it okay that big technology companies censored the Hunter Biden laptop story, which independent analysis has said cost Donald Trump millions of votes?”

By now, it’s clear that Vance was desperate to avoid talking about Trump’s loss. It’s truly pathetic when a politician can’t give a straight answer to a straightforward question. Even though Lulu gave him another chance by asking the question once more, “Did Donald Trump lose the 2020 election?” Vance continued to dodge. Instead of owning up to the truth, he kept focusing on the Hunter Biden laptop story.

This type of behavior isn’t new among Trump loyalists. Time and time again, when they’re asked about Trump’s defeat, they refuse to admit what everyone else knows: Trump lost the 2020 election, fair and square. This happened during the January 6 hearings when several Republicans refused to comment on Trump’s role in spreading the false claims of a “stolen” election. Even after the Capitol riot, some of them still couldn’t bring themselves to admit the truth.

Republicans like Vance keep clinging to baseless conspiracy theories. By focusing on things like the Hunter Biden story or so-called “voter fraud,” they are refusing to take responsibility for what really happened in 2020. Even the courts rejected Trump’s claims of election fraud. Over 60 lawsuits were filed, and nearly all of them were thrown out due to lack of evidence. Despite this, Republicans are still using these false narratives to rally their base.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about JD Vance. It’s about the whole Republican Party’s refusal to acknowledge the truth and their attempts to distract the public with conspiracy theories and irrelevant issues. This behavior is weakening democracy and shows that some politicians care more about staying in Trump’s good graces than telling the truth to the American people.
