In 2018, Dr. Ronny Jackson, the presidential physician at the time, raised eyebrows after he gushed over Donald Trump’s health during a briefing before the White House press corps, touting the now-former president’s “good genes,” and how he did “exceedingly well” on his cognitive test and remarked on his “excellent” cardiac health. “I told the President that if he had a healthier diet over the last 20 years, he might live to be 200 years old,” Jackson bizarrely told reporters.
Well, Jackson, now a Texas Congressman, took to Twitter to cast doubt on President Joe Biden’s health.
I served as White House physician under THREE Presidents. I’ve seen what it takes physically AND mentally to do the job. I can tell you right now that the way Biden is hiding from the public is a MAJOR red flag. Something’s not right!

There was a furious backlash on Twitter:
You never served, you enabled. Apparently you were over-served, quite frequently. Things must be going pretty badly w/ Trump’s health for you to project this garbage. Are you prepared to swear under oath that you didn’t give Trump Levodopa, Memantine and other dementia drugs?

PRESIDENT Biden literally flew to Atlanta yesterday, met with Asian community leaders, toured the CDC & gave a televised address along with Vice President Harris. I believe your tweet would be classified as a “LIE”.

What do you mean hiding? I watch the news pretty regularly and almost every day he is making some speech…what are you getting from the GOP for making statements like this…
— Teddy Roosevelt (@TeddyR0osevelt) March 21, 2021
Chill out Ronnie. Have a drink. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere.

This man is lying for retweets. He lies because he can, because he knows he won’t be held to account. No one in the GOP will condemn him for such disgusting lies. His supporters will believe his lies, and he doesn’t care that he’s lying to them. What he’s doing is wrong.

The fastest way to lose 30 pounds is using @RonnyJacksonTX as your doctor. It’s a miracle. https://t.co/QOoF4uCvdP

Your credibility flew out the window when you claimed an Adderall sniffing, cheeseburger munching, grossly overweight man was the healthiest person you’d ever seen https://t.co/JhzQ2oe7qj

As we reported, the Department of Defense inspector general issued a scathing review of Jackson during his time serving as the top White House physician, “concluding that he made “sexual and denigrating” comments about a female subordinate, violated the policy for drinking alcohol while on a presidential trip and took prescription-strength sleeping medication that prompted concerns from his colleagues about his ability to provide proper care,” so maybe he should have sat this one out.
