Former President Donald Trump released a video posted on Twitter to shout out to deceased Capitol rioter Ashli Babbit on her birthday. The twice-impeached one-term president also called for another investigation into her death on Jan. 6., even though the officer that shot Babbit was fully exonerated in August. The bizarre pre-recorded video was reportedly played at the Texas Loves Ashli Babbitt rally on Sunday that was attended by her parents and widower.
The deceased rioter’s mother told the crowd that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi can “f*** off and die” over her calls for an inquiry into the insurrection. Trump, of course, couldn’t tweet the video himself since he was banned from the behemoth social site for inciting the deadly attack on the Capitol.
“Together, we grieve her terrible loss. There was no reason Ashli should have lost her life that day,” the former president said. “We must all demand justice for Ashli and her family, so on this solemn occasion as we celebrate her life, we renew our call for a fair and nonpartisan investigation into the death of Ashli Babbitt.”

Twitter users weighed in.
Domestic terrorist and insurrectionist Ashli Babbitt would still be alive if it weren’t for an orange rapist inciting violence because he lost. She’d also be alive if she didn’t attack the US Capitol at the behest of a traitor. Ted Talk over.

Ashli Babbitt was murdered on Jan. 6, 2021 by Donald J. Trump. She believed the lies he told her so much that she participated in a violent insurrection on the Capitol and was shot while trespassing.

Weird how Trump participates in the martyrdom of Ashli Babbitt but never mentions Brian Sicknick, or the two followers who had heart attacks, or the one that died from amphetamines and was trampled. Of course what they have in common is they all died that day because of him.

Ashli Babbitt would be alive if not for Trump’s lies. She’s dead because of him. Her blood’s on his hands

Think about how sick this is: She’s dead because of his lies. He keeps lying and then uses the death that’s occurred as a result of his lies to denigrate law enforcement protecting Congress from his attack and continues to further inflame and incite more violence against America

I’ve never said this before but I watched it all go down that day. I happened to be off from work and watched them stretcher her out. They don’t show that video ever. She tried to breach, they told her to stand down, she didn’t. They have the video, she was no hero.

Man who poured gasoline all over the house, left the gas on, locked everyone else inside and lit the match on the way out, sends heartfelt message to the people he burned alive 🙄

Babbitt was an air force veteran, so she should have known better than to break into the Capitol to try to stop the peaceful transition of power. But she fell into the QAnon rabbit hole. Trump is trying to make a martyr of Babbitt following her death just like he’s trying to make a martyr of himself in life after he lost the election to President Joe Biden. In the video, Trump called Jan. 6 a “horrible day,” and indeed it was.
It’s a shame Trump didn’t create a video to praise the over 140 officers that were injured on that “horrible day,” as they were being pulled into the crowd and trampled, assaulted with scaffolding materials, and/or bear maced by protesters, and beaten with a flagpole. The price tag for the violent temper tantrum was $500 million in damages to the building. Trump supporters disgracefully ripped an American flag off a flagpole outside the Capitol building and replaced it with a Trump flag.
Since Trump wants to get to the bottom of who killed Ashli Babbit, we can help the former president out. Just as Charles Manson directed his followers to kill, Donald J. Trump incited the deadly attack on the Capitol. Donald J. Trump killed Ashli Babbit.
