Already, former President Donald Trump is under serious investigation from the January 6th House Select Committee for his role in igniting the infamous, violent Capitol riot over a year ago.
But Donald Trump has never been good at knowing when to shut his mouth.
Despite the ongoing investigation into him and his people regarding the deadly attack that was perpetrated by his own base of supporters, not only is Trump pretty much refusing to stay quiet and lay low, he’s out here pretty much begging for a repeat.
Over the weekend, Trump held one of his MAGA rallies in Conroe, TX, where he was quick to rail against the various prosecutors who are currently investigating him. Taking things a step further still, the one-term, twice-impeached ex-president actually called on his supporters to engage in the “biggest” nationwide protest this country has ever seen, should the prosecutors who are investigating him do anything he deems “wrong or illegal.”

“If these radical, vicious, racist prosecutors do anything wrong or illegal, I hope we are going to have in this country the biggest protest we have ever had in Washington DC, in New York, in Atlanta and elsewhere because our country and our elections are corrupt,” Trump told his crowd of rabid supporters on Saturday night in Conroe, TX.

To make matters that much worse, people pretty much know to take Trump’s “threats” seriously these days, as NBC News reports, ” Fulton County DA Fani Willis is asking the FBI for security help a day after Trump told his supporters to hold ‘the biggest protests we’ve ever had’ in cities with prosecutors who are investigating him.”

It seems to me that Donald Trump is getting far too comfortable with himself and the idea that he will never face any repercussions for the things he has done. But if he keeps digging his own hole deeper and deeper like this, he’ll make sure he does.
