It seems Donald Trump’s youngest son Barron can’t quite decide which side of the fence he wants to be on.
Earlier this week, we reported on Donald’s bizarre announcement that his teen son was in attendance at his recent Florida rally — something that young Barron seemed to absolutely relish in, as he stood up and fist-pumped and waved to the crowd in a page pulled straight from his daddy’s playbook.
However, a different video that’s now making the rounds on social media appears to paint a rather different story when it comes to Barron’s feelings about his father and, more specifically, his father’s behavior and rhetoric on the political scene.
In a clip posted to X (formerly known as Twitter) by New York Post reporter Jon Levine, Barron is seen on a golf cart with his father as the scandal-plagued and recently felony-convicted former president stopped and took a moment to bash and trash the sitting United States president while less-than-humbly boasting about his debate performance — all while Barron sat awkwardly silent in the passenger side seat.
“How did I do with the debate the other night,” Donald says to the gaggle of people gathered around him as he pulls cash out of his pocket and appears to hand it to someone off the camera.

As bystanders heaped their praises on him, he stated that he “kicked that old broken-down pile of crap,” referring to President Biden.
“Do you know he’s quitting the race,” the ex-president said, citing unconfirmed and disputed rumors that Joe Biden will be dropping out of the 2024 presidential race, due to his performance at the recent debate against Donald Trump.
“He just quit you know. He’s quitting the race. I got him out of the race,” Trump continued to spew. “And now that means we have Kamala,” he added, as he turned his attacks against the vice president and Biden’s 2024 running mate.
“She’s so bad,” Trump said of 59-year-old Harris, as onlookers snickered and giggled. “She’s so pathetic.”
He goes on to double down, calling Kamala “so f*cking bad.”
The entire time, Barron — who recently turned 18, graduated from his prestigious, private high school, and is said to be attending NYU in the Fall — sat in the passenger side of the golf cart in awkward and seemingly embarrassed silence.

Some of the comments on Levine’s post even took note of Barron’s demeanor:
Barron doesn’t look like he understands what they’re talking about. He doesn’t even react. He’a not a little kid anymore, but his mannerisms are childlike.
