Former Trump-era Attorney General Bill Barr is back again, folks, being the big, fat hypocrite we’ve always known him to be.
The former head of the Department of Justice has spent the last several weeks seeming to desperately try to rehabilitate his reputation and image by publicly trashing former President Donald Trump, while hawking his new Trump-trashing book, despite the fact that he spent just a hair short of four entire years turning the United States Justice Department on its head to protect the now ex-president and punish any of Trump’s perceived political or even personal enemies. But the problem with Barr’s little rehab tour is the fact that he really seems to be struggling to hide the fact that he’s still a massive piece of shit.
Despite his public criticisms for the one-term, twice-impeached former guy, Barr has made it strikingly clear that, at the end of the day, he’s still the same God-awful person he always has been. And when the absolutely ridiculous recent report regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop broke from the New York Times, Barr was quick to open his mouth and promptly remove any remaining doubt.
The Times recently found themselves on the receiving end of quite a bit of backlash after they published a report in which they allegedly confirmed the legitimacy of the infamous Hunter Biden laptop that the Right has been screaming about for ages.

The former head of the DOJ made an appearance on Fox News’ “American Reports” just shortly following the laptop news, where he reminded us all once again that apparently the Right’s endless stream of corruption and lies is A-okay, but one ridiculous report from the New York Times with regard to someone on the Left, and all Hell breaks loose.
Fox co-host John Roberts asked Barr for his thoughts on where the Justice Department’s investigation into the infamous laptop could be headed now and went on to bring up an alleged heated discussion between Barr and Trump that the former AG wrote about in his new book, One Damn Thing After Another.
Barr claimed that he was “limited” in his ability to respond to Roberts’ question, due to “possible ongoing investigations,” but did confirm what he wrote in his book, in that he was averse to trying to inject a criminal investigation into Hunter’s laptop into the 2020 presidential election, without “definitive judgment” from the DOJ.
In his book, Barr claims he told Donald Trump, “Dammit, Mr. President, I am not going to talk to you about Hunter Biden. Period!”
The former US Attorney General went on to claim that he would still say the same thing today, maintaining that he refused to discuss criminal cases with Donald Trump. However, Barr went on to claim that in spite of his criticisms for the now ex-president, he is “very disturbed” that Biden “lied to the American people” with regard to his son’s laptop during the October 2020 presidential debate.
“He’s squarely confronted with the laptop, and he suggested that it was Russian disinformation and pointed to the letter written by some intelligence people that was baseless—which he knew was a lie. And I was shocked by that,” Barr stated.
The former head of the Trump DOJ went on to call the alleged suppression of the laptop “election interference” but refused to opine on whether or not he thought President Biden would face any “legal liability” over the ordeal.
I guess we’re just supposed to ignore the whole entire ordeal with the Mueller report, hmmm?
