Claudia Conway, the daughter of former White House counselor Kellyanne Conway — and the co-founder of the Lincoln Project, George Conway — returned to Twitter on Friday, July 2, to give an update on her family life. To say the Conways have had a fractured family life is putting it mildly. Just last year, Claudia claimed in a TikTok video that her mother had her “arrested for fake assault charges.” Also, last year, she tweeted to her father to say, “Sorry your marriage failed,” and then she claimed that her parents were “trying to silence” her.
Claudia, a former American Idol contestant, tweeted out a series of messages, saying that the love she has for her family will never deteriorate and that her social media presence is far from who she is. She also suggested that she shouldn’t have brought up her family life on social media. She said that things are much better now at home.

As much as I loathe her mother, it’s not because of her as a mother. And things really did get out of hand with the social media messages from Claudia about her parents. It was surreal, really. We can wish them well, and still loathe Kellyanne Conway as a person — just not as a mother.
