Don Junior Was Apparently Awarded Permit To Become One Of Three People Who Wants To Kill An Alaskan Grizzly Bear

Daddy must be so proud.

Thanks to information from Reuters, it seems that the eldest Trump spawn, Donald Trump Jr., will be living it up out in Alaska soon, killing innocent animals making a show out of it while his dad continues to make a complete and utter mess out of the remainder of the country.

According to a Reuters report, Donald Trump’s oldest child is now one of three people to apply for and secure an out-of-state permit, out of the 27 permits available, to hunt and kill an Alaskan grizzly bear.

The report states that Junior has “been granted the right to hunt a grizzly bear in northwestern Alaska near the Bering Sea town of Nome, a state official said on Friday.”

According to the Reuters report the wildlife conservation director for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Eddie Grasser, stated, “The son of U.S. President Donald Trump was one of three people who applied for 27 spots for non-resident hunters targeting grizzlies in a designated region of northwestern Alaska’s Seward Peninsula.”

Grasser added, “We get thousands of applications” but that the awarding of the permits ultimately comes down to “pure chance, luck of the draw.”

Excuse me while I roll my eyes.

The majority of hunting applications in the state of Alaska are for animals such as caribou and moose.

The Reuters report goes on to note that the Alaskan grizzly bear isn’t actually a common permit application in the state. Evidently, “there was little competition. Twenty-four tags for hunting bears in that region went unclaimed,” according to the wildlife conservation director, Grasser.

And lo and behold, Donald Trump Jr. is the proud owner of one. Not unlike the shady permit he received to hunt the endangered Mongolian sheep just last year — no doubt purely as a result of his connection to his father. Because nepotism is cool as long as it’s the Trump family and not the Bidens, right?

I’ve got to be honest with you, folks. The only hunting I’m really interested in, especially when it comes to Junior, is in the style of The Most Dangerous Game.
