Editorial Board Of Massive Conservative Newspaper Issues Dire Warning To Donald Trump Regarding Impending Election

This is a HUGE blow for Trump!

Whether you’re one to admit it or not, Donald Trump is absolutely floundering and even the staunchest of Conservatives know it.

Trump’s situation has become so dire, in fact, that the editorial board of the Conservative Wall Street Journal has penned a column warning that Donald Trump is on a fast track “for what could be an historic repudiation that would take the Republican Senate down with him.”

The board of the GOP-friendly publication stated that, just four months before the impending 2020 election, Donald Trump had “reverted to his worst form” and he has “no second-term agenda, or even a message beyond four more years of himself” with “little time to recover.”

The editorial board went on to note that Trump has “all but given up even talking about” the coronavirus pandemic that is still very much raging throughout this nation and has now killed more than 125,000 people in the United States, writing that his “default now is defensive self-congratulation.”

The Journal’s editorial board did manage to squeeze in a compliment for the president, noting that his “record fighting the coronavirus is better than his critics claim after a bad start in late February and March,” as well as weaseling in a swipe at Trump’s Democratic opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, saying that the Democratic nominee’s “only real message is that he’s not Donald Trump.”

[Side note: Biden is leading in the polls. So, evidently, all it takes it “not being Donald Trump.” What’s that say for your guy?]

However, the publication went on to write that “millions of Americans are close to deciding that four more years are more risk than they can stand.”

In recent weeks, the Wall Street Journal has launched criticism against Trump for his ridiculous Coronavirus Task Force briefings as well as Donald’s attempts to smear MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough as a murderer, essentially.

The editorial column also goes on to suggest that Trump “lacks the self-awareness and discipline” to actually campaign on the only thing that stands to give him an ounce of hope at reelection — a resurrected economy in the wake of the massive pandemic.

“He may be so thrown off by his falling polls that he simply can’t do it,” the column concludes. “If that’s true he should understand that he is headed for a defeat that will reward all of those who schemed against him in 2016. Worse, he will have let down the 63 million Americans who sent him to the White House by losing, of all people, to ‘Sleepy Joe.’”

I hope Trump is beginning to notice that even his own people are beginning to jump off the bandwagon in droves.
