According to explosive, new audio of 911 calls that was recently released by law enforcement officials in Garfield County, Colorado, and reported on by The Denver Post, neighbors who live around Colorado Republican House Rep. Lauren Boebert were forced to call the police on the GOP lawmaker and her family as Lauren’s children dangerously sped up and down the street, while her husband was driving drunk, destroyed one of the neighbors’ property by running over their mailbox, and attempt to start a physical fight with the people who live around them.
According to new reporting from the local publication, the incident took place on August 4th and ultimately resulted in multiple phone calls from concerned neighbors surrounding the Republican House Rep.’s Colorado home, requesting that deputies respond in person to the mounting situation.
Conrad Swanson writes for The Denver Post, “Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies decided to let neighbors of U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert settle a dispute between themselves and the congresswoman’s husband after he reportedly threatened them and destroyed their mailbox. But 911 calls from the incident, obtained by The Denver Post, show just how upset and nervous the neighbors were over their run-in with Boebert’s husband, Jayson Boebert.”
The report goes on to note that one of Boebert’s neighbors approached the lawmaker’s son and asked that he stop speeding up and down the street in a dune buggy. This allegedly led to a dispute between the neighbor and Lauren’s family that went on to escalate to threats of violence.

One of the 911 callers told dispatch, “I’m sure he’s loaded to the hilt. Do you know who his wife is? Lauren Boebert. She’s loaded. They all have guns. He just got chest to chest, face to face, looking to fight.”
The Boebert family is notorious for their “support” of the 2nd Amendment, with Lauren regularly posting photos of herself, her husband, and her children armed to the gills on her social media accounts and up until just recently, she owned a restaurant called “Shooters” with her husband that was Second Amendment themed, and featured an armed waitstaff. Lauren’s restaurant was recently shut down after the new owners of the building they occupied refused to re-up their lease.
“Jayson Boebert did not respond to a message seeking comment, nor did the second neighbor,” the report from The Denver Post reads. “However, over the phone, the second neighbor told the 911 dispatcher that Jayson Boebert had driven to their house with his son ‘trying to claim that someone took a swing at his kid and nobody did.'” adding, “He calls Jayson Boebert ‘dumb as a post’ and ‘irrational,’ then expresses concern about the being threatened and more.”
