It's time that the American people are HEARD.

Over the course of the past three and a half years, we’ve witnessed droves of former Republicans and even actual Trump-voters come to their sense and see what a dangerous disaster that man truly is.

Hell, there are even entire groups of these people dedicated to taking down Donald Trump and his administration. I mean, some of the best anti-Trump ads I’ve seen have come from The Lincoln Project — an American PAC formed by various prominent former and current figures in the Republican party, dedicated to dismantling the Trump administration and ridding this country of its biggest embarrassment come November of this year.

And that’s just the ones we’ve has the opportunity to hear from.

However, one former Trump voter now has the platform to get his voice heard far and wide.

62-year-old Pennsylvania dairy and soybean farmer, Rick Telesz, has officially been invited to speak at the Democratic National Convention (DNC), starting Monday, in spite of the fact that he cast his vote for Donald Trump in 2016.

In a piece published yesterday, Telesz told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that he’s a registered as a Democrat, he voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election because he believed that Trump would “look after the working man.”

“He’s a hell of a salesman. And a tremendous con man. He conned me,” Telesz told the Gazette.

Telesz found himself disagreeing with Trump as far back as 2019, at least, when he criticized the president in an article with WTAE-TV regarding Trump’s tariffs on China that ultimately hurt Telesz’ farm.

“When you start taking a 20 percent cut, it can be very stressful. It is stressful,” he said at the time. Calling Trump’s subsidies to farmers a “band-aide.”

It seems that since those tariffs, the farmer has lost more love for Trump.

“The last year has been the biggest challenge, financially, that I can remember,” he told New Castle News in an article that went public yesterday.

“You can’t blame anyone for the virus,” he told New Castle News, but went on to call Trump “totally incompetent in not informing the public earlier of what was coming.”

Telesz fears that if Trump is allowed to continue at this rate, his farming livelihood may become a thing of the past.

“Is farming going to disappear tomorrow? No,” he said. “But if these trends continue, I could very possibly be the last generation on this family farm.”

The farmer said that he’s typically “not active in politics” and voted for Barck Obama in both elections.

The DNC has promised a lineup this year that features “more Americans than ever before, and ensure that all Americans see themselves in what they [are] viewing.”
