Infamous "Coup Memo" Attorney Busted On Video Footage Admitting He And Others, Including Rudy Giuliani, Tried To Convince 300 Legislators To Overturn The Election, Dubbed Them "Spineless"

Pro-Trump conservative lawyer John Eastman can’t seem to keep his story straight about his “coup memo,” in which he outlined a 6-step plan to convince then-vice President Mike Pence to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. Democratic operative Lauren Windsor, who pretends to be a like-minded conservative, has caught Republicans off-guard numerous times, admitting to things on camera that they usually wouldn’t want out there for the public to see. And she does this by flattering them. She did that with Eastman, too, and caught him criticizing legislators, calling them “spineless” for not overturning the results of the 2020 election.

Windsor released her video in 4 parts. The latest one featured Eastman bragging that he and former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and the former President had reached out to 300 legislators via a Zoom conference call on January 2 to overturn the election. Eastman said, “And they all spinelessly wouldn’t spinelessly wouldn’t do anything.” Then, he said, “Now, if we take a bunch of them out in the primaries in 2022…”

Unsurprisingly, the House select committee investigating the US Capitol insurrection plans to subpoena Eastman, and he really should get a lawyer. The twice-impeached one-term President knew he lost the election to Joe Biden in the popular and electoral votes. So Trump, according to Eastman, along with Giuliani, reached out to 300 legislators just days before Joe Biden was to be certified as the next President of the United States. Eastman even authored a memo for Pence to overturn the election. And then, when January 6 came about, and Biden was about to be certified, Trump incited a mob of his supporters to march to the Capitol to stop the peaceful transition of power. I suspect that Eastman is about to go through some things.
