CNN’s Jim Acosta is good at summarizing things, and in this case, he summarized a person. That person is controversial Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who sent Acosta’s bullshit radar on overload. Acosta began his Sunday segment by criticizing Fox News as a whole before zeroing in on Tucker Carlson. The Fox News host recently claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris isn’t “really from this country” because she attended Westmount High School when she lived in Montreal from 1978-1981, and Acosta wasn’t having it.
“Tucker Carlson, your suggestion that Kamala Harris isn’t quite American because she spent part of her childhood in Canada has put you over the top,” Acosta said. “We once honored you with the distinction of ‘Bulls— Factory Employee of the Month.’ But now that 2021 is coming to an end, we decided to recognize you as our first ever ‘Bulls— Factory Employee of the Year.’ That’s right, Tucker; you’ve earned it.”
The CNN host wasn’t finished.
“You’ve spent the last year peddling vaccine conspiracy theories about Bill Gates; you’ve served as a mouthpiece for white supremacists who embrace the ‘Great Replacement’ theory,” Acosta continued. “You spread the false flag conspiracy theory that Trump supporters were not responsible for the insurrection on January 6, only to contradict yourself days later.”

Acosta then noted Carlson’s documentary of Kyle Rittenhouse filmed by a crew that was following the Kenosha shooter through his trial that ended Friday with an acquittal on murder charges.

Carlson recently tweeted out a clip of an upcoming special called ‘Patriot Purge,’ and it’s pure propaganda mixed with gaslighting. Carlson is attempting to reinvent what happened on January 6 when a mob of Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol. He’s not a serious news host. He makes shit up to suit his narrative. He earned Acosta’s ‘Bullshit Factory Employee of the Year’ award. In fact, the ‘Patriot Purge’ is so twisted that two Fox News contributors just resigned over the series.
