According to a recent report from Business Insider, a Manhattan federal judge is absolutely fed up with Donald Trump’s bullshit when it comes to the lawsuit lodged against him by world-renowned advice columnist E. Jean Carroll, who has accused the ex-president of raping her.

US District Judge Lewis Kaplan delivered a brutal, fiery ruling recently — adding to the long and ever-growing list of Donald Trump’s recent, non-stop losses — in which he accused the disgraced former president of “dilatory” and “frivolous” delay tactics in the defamation lawsuit lodged against him by Carroll, and ultimately barred Donald Trump from countersuing his rape accuser.

“In the Court’s view, characterization of defendant’s previous and threatened future actions as dilatory, in bad faith or unduly prejudicial would be a bootless exercise. They are, in varying degrees, all three,” Judge Kaplan wrote in his ruthless 23-page ruling.

Carroll was quick to take to Twitter with her response to the new ruling in her favor and hailed her victory as a victory for all American women.

“HALLELUJAH!!!!” the popular advice columnist wrote on social media. “The women of America just won a major decision in Federal Court!”

Trump has been desperately attempting to take advantage of New York’s anti-SLAPP law to countersue his accuser and leave her responsible for his attorney’s fees should he be successful. This brutal new ruling has effectively put an end to Trump’s ability to use this law in the suit.

The anti-SLAPP law is a law that discourages people from utilizing lawsuits to silence their free speech. In the lawsuit lodged against him by Carroll, the ex-president has argued that he was exercising his right to free speech when he responded to the rape allegations lodged against him by scoffing and spitting, “she’s not my type.”

“Ms. Carroll’s complaint, briefly summarized, alleges that the defendant raped her years ago and that his much more recent denial — coupled with other disparaging and insulting remarks — defamed her,” the judge noted in his ruling.

He goes on to add that the ex-president “attempted to delay the progress of the lawsuit through frivolous motions practice.”

“Taken together, these actions demonstrate that defendant’s litigation tactics have had a dilatory effect and, indeed, strongly suggest that he is acting out of a strong desire to delay any opportunity plaintiff may have to present her case against him.”

Donald Trump’s attorney Alina Habba did not directly respond to requests for comments but went on to tell Law & Crime that the ex-president’s legal team is “disappointed” by the ruling against Trump. She went on to add, “We eagerly look forward to litigating this action and proving at trial that the plaintiff’s claims have absolutely no basis in law or in fact.”

Roberta A. Kaplan, attorney for E. Jean Carroll, expressed her agreement with the judge’s characterization of Trump’s delay tactics, and noted that the case “could have been tried and decided – one way or the other – long ago.”

“My client E. Jean Carroll and I could not agree more,” the advice columnist’s attorney stated.

Just keeps getting worse and worse, doesn’t it, Donnie?
