Is there a chance that Donald Trump isn’t as tall as he claims?

Last week, according to The Daily Beast, a promo was recently released by the president’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, which indicated that he might not be as tall as his listed height of 6’3″.

“In an Instagram video posted Friday, teasing an upcoming interview on her show, My View With Lara Trump, the president’s daughter-in-law appeared to stand nearly eye-to-eye with Trump despite the White House listing him at 6 feet, 3 inches tall in health memos from April 2025 and this year,” the Beast reported.

“The self-described enthusiast of high heels stands at 5 feet, 11 inches tall and has previously encouraged other women to “stand tall” and “be proud” on her podcast. Her husband, Eric Trump, is 6 feet, 5 inches tall,” The Beast said of Lara. “Her confidence was on full display Friday as she stood shoulder to shoulder with the president in high heels and, at least in the video, appeared to match him inch for inch.”

There was similar talk last month, when Lara and her husband joined the president on his trip to China, and Lara appeared taller than her father-in-law.

Whether Trump is telling the truth about his height may hinge on exactly how high those heels are. Or perhaps the listed heights and weights of politicians and other public figures aren’t generally accurate or reliable.

Then again, similar questions have been raised about Trump’s height, having nothing to do with his daughter-in-law.

“During his state visit to Britain last year, Trump posed alongside Prince William, who is also widely reported to be 6 feet, 3 inches tall. Yet in photographs taken at Windsor Castle, the prince appeared noticeably taller than the president despite both men supposedly measuring the exact same height,” the Beast reported.

It was also noted among some last week that with the artist exodus from the Freedom 250 concert series could lead Lara Trump, herself a self-styled musical performer, to perform.
