Lev Parnas, a former close associate of Rudy Giuliani who’s now a bonafide convicted criminal, just threw his old pal Rudy along with multiple other high-level Republican figures under the bus in the worst kind of way, when he admitted during his recent testimony in the House of Representatives that he and Rudy Giuliani knowingly spread false information about Joe Biden that came directly from Russia.
To make matters even worse, Parnas not only admitted to working with Rudy to spread this disinformation but confirmed that both of the men were fully aware of the fact that the false information was coming from Russian intelligence operatives.
Parnas’ bombshell admission came during the ridiculous impeachment hearing into President Joe Biden, launched by House Republicans on entirely unfounded allegations of bribery. During Parnas’ testimony at this hearing this week, Democratic House Rep. Jamie Raskin pointedly questioned Lev about his involvement and work with Rudy Giuliani back in 2019, when Rudy was still serving as a personal attorney to then-President Donald Trump, just shortly before Parnas would be indicted for making fraudulent campaign donations.
“Were you aware, was Mr. Giuliani aware, that these people were basically just doing the bidding of Vladimir Putin?” Raskin asked.

“Absolutely,” Parnas replied without hesitation.
“So he had no hesitation about spreading lies that were concocted by Russian agents?” Raskin further questioned.
“As long as it fit the narrative,” Giuliani’s former associate answered.
“How were you and Giuliani able to take these false allegations, peddled by corrupt officials and Russian agents, and promote and amplify them here, in the United States?” the Democratic House Rep. went on to press. “Weren’t media groups skeptical of your claims?”
“Most media groups,” Parnas acknowledged. “I’d probably say all, except for Fox and a few other right-wing media groups, didn’t want to take that information. And that aggravated Rudy Giuliani and John Solomon and other players.”
The implications got worse still, though, when Parnas turned to point the finger at multiple other high-profile, Right-wing names who he claimed were eager to jump on the bandwagon of spreading misinformation fueled by the Russians — including the likes of Fox News personality Sean Hannity, Republican Senator Ron Johnson, and Republican House Rep. Pete Sessions.
While some might not that Lev Parnas may, perhaps, not be the most reliable or credible witness, his claims that Right-wing media outlets were highly perceptive to fake news and disinformation provided by Rudy Giuliani can be backed up by historical records of these outlets over the past several years.
