It looks like yet another far-Right, pro-Trump MAGA candidate is going down in a flame of scandal as he joins the list of Trump-loving sycophants vying for an official government position who stands accused of violent abuse against women.

Teddy Daniels is an ultra Right-wing Republican candidate for lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania and, according to a brutal report from the Rolling Stone, he was removed from his house this week after his wife called on the court to grant her an emergency protective order (EPO) to keep her and child safe from his alleged abuse.

Court documents obtained by the publication show that Daniels stands accused, by his estranged wife, of being threatening, verbally abusive, and stalking her as well as their child and their family dog. The Wayne County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas initially granted Daniels’ wife an “order granting emergency protection from abuse.” Those protections were ultimately extended by the same court in a new order.

The MAGA gubernatorial candidate is now banned from the couple’s Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania home, until or unless the court orders otherwise. Daniels is also banned from contacting his wife in any way and his wife has been granted temporary sole custody of their minor child via the protective order. The EPO also notes that Daniels is barred from possessing or acquiring any firearms while the court order remains in effect, and also orders that he turn over any firearms he currently possesses to the courts or an approved third party.

Daniels’ wife penned handwritten notes to the court, included in the EPO, that alleged the  6-foot-four, 360-pound MAGA candidate “grabbed me by the shirt” during an August incident and “threatened to kill [our] family dog in front of children.”

“I am afraid of him and what he will do to me and our [child],” the letter reads.

Following the Rolling Stones piece, Daniels reached out to the publication via Twitter, stating, “Please include this in your dishonest hit piece: Anyone can walk into any courtroom to get a temporary PFA.”

The outlet goes on to note in their report that this is far from the first time that Daniels has been accused of domestic violence. In fact, it is the third.

The MAGA candidate was also accused of violence and abuse by his domestic partners in two of his previous relationships.
