It seems ex-President Donald Trump’s unhinged desperation and fragile ego have finally hit a fever pitch; at least with regard to his brutally floundering social media platform, Truth Social.
The one-term, twice, impeached former guy’s blatant attempt to create a replacement for Twitter, after he was indefinitely banned from the real one, has been a rather pathetic, unsuccessful one from its very inception.
Over the last few months, numerous reports have fully highlighted what a complete dumpster fire the ex-president’s social media platform truly is. People tell of a platform chock full of bugs and bots and fake accounts, with a seemingly false “waiting list” to even join the platform. Once finally on Truth Social, the glitches are abundant and the content available on the site is milquetoast, at best. One Business Insider journalist went undercover on the ex-president’s platform and said it’s nothing but a “Conservative ghost town.”
Fox News even came out making sure everyone knew that the network is not on Truth Social, and any accounts bearing their name on the platform was fake. Hell, even Trump himself only recently started to post on the damn thing.

Like I said, the whole thing is an absolute dumpster fire.
But here lately, the former guy has seemingly reignited his focus on his social media platform ventures and, if you ask him, his failing site has nothing to do with the fact that it just sucks and wasn’t done well, and is instead a result of more attacks from the Democrats and anti-Trumpers — who he apparently believes is taking the time out of their day to regularly slam the Google app with crappy reviews for his equally crappy app.
As a result, Donnie is all but begging his own people to counteract all those meanies on the Left by leaving “great reviews” for his platform:
We really have no idea where this claim about Twitter desperately wanting him back is coming from, but we aren’t buying it.
As it stands, the Truth Social app isn’t actually even rated low in the Google Play Store, boasting a 4.5 out of 5-star rating, with many reviews raving things like, “This is the greatest platform ever! I can speak my mind freely!” and “I have not seen one comment or post that is anywhere remotely racist,” and “It’s BIBLICAL !!! The GREAT AWAKENING ON TRUTHSOCIAL!!!”
As a matter of fact, many of the reviews that feature legitimate complaints about the app, such as bugs, glitches, missing features, and the long wait time to access the app, still leave a 5-star rating. Basically, almost all of the complaints make note of how terrible the app’s actual functionality is, without a mere mention of the politics Trump is barking about.
But okay, buddy.
