Look, I’m the first to admit that I have no clue what the relationship dynamic is like behind closed doors between ex-President Donald Trump and his third wife, former First Lady Melania Trump. For all I truly know, they could be the healthiest, happiest, most loving couple this world has ever seen within the privacy of their home and personal life. But, frankly, I seriously doubt it.
Just based on the interactions we’ve seen between the couple in public, it’s pretty easy to make an educated guess saying Melania and Donald don’t exactly get along like peas and carrots. In fact, if I’m being completely honest, I feel pretty certain that Mel hates her hubby. More times than we can count now, we have watched as she snubbed her husband’s advances for a kiss or a handhold while out in public, we’ve seen her make nasty faces behind his back when she doesn’t think he’s looking, and we all saw the thrill written all over her face when her husband’s disastrous term finally came to an end. Honestly, I don’t think she could get out of there fast enough.
But it’s not just Mel that doesn’t seem so fond of Donald. Trump himself hasn’t exactly been the husband of the year either. To be completely frank, I believe he sometimes completely forgets she even exists — much like all other narcissists who can only think of themselves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The tension between the two got so commonplace throughout Donald’s term that we hardly even noticed it anymore. That is until the new administration came in and we were suddenly reminded of what it’s actually supposed to be like.

To honor Valentine’s Day, President Biden took to his Twitter with one of the most heart-warming, heartfelt, beautiful messages we have ever seen for his sweet wife, Dr. Jill Biden, complete with an old picture of the two of them.

Seriously… We are melting. It’s so good to finally see true love and just plain old human compassion from the White House again. I frankly can’t even imagine the concept of seeing something like that come from the likes of Donald Trump. If I were a betting person, I’d put $100 saying Mel’s going to have Donnie sleeping on the couch tonight when she sees this. The jealously will likely be through the roof.
