British tabloid, The Daily Mail, broke bombshell reporting today, alleging that Republican 2024 presidential candidate Nikki Haley “falsely denied” cheating on her husband in not one, but two extramarital affairs during her 2008 gubernatorial campaign, after reviewing recently uncovered affidavits from her alleged affair partners and speaking with multiple eyewitnesses and inside sources on the matter.

According to the tabloid, multiple new witnesses have come forward to say that the presidential candidate, running against scandal-ridden Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, was lying through her teeth when she openly denied her own scandal nearly two decades ago. The sources told Daily Mail that not only did Haley engage in more than one extramarital affair, she was openly brazen about them and basically everyone on South Carolina’s political scene knew about it.

Back in 2018, now-49-year-old Will Folks and 61-year-old Larry Marchant wrote and signed sworn affidavits, in which they outlined their respective alleged sexual affairs with Haley, who was a South Carolina lawmaker at the time, before she would go on to become governor of the state.

At the time, multiple major news outlets reported on the contents of the affidavits, but this is the first time that the documents have been published to the public, outside of Folks’ personal document, which he uploaded on his blog.

At the time, now-51-year-old Haley vehemently denied the allegations of multiple affairs, vowing that she was “100% faithful” to Michael Haley, the father of her children and husband of 28 years, even going so far as to cite her spouse as the inspiration of her presidential campaign in the present day.

However, numerous Republican insiders are coming forward and telling the popular tabloid that Haley’s pants are all but on fire, as they “were intimately aware of Haley’s infidelity as a South Carolina lawmaker – including tales of steamy liaisons in the back of her Cadillac SUV, ‘canoodling’ in her lovers’ laps at bars, and nights spent together in a Columbia, South Carolina duplex.”

Daily Mail was able to obtain the sworn affidavits in question and report that Folk wrote that he and Haley “engaged in an inappropriate physical relationship that included numerous instances of inappropriate sexual contact.”

“Representative Haley and I shared our first kiss while sitting in her parked car outside of MacDougal’s restaurant and bar in downtown Columbia, S.C.,” Folks wrote.

“This kiss took place in early 2007 following an evening with friends at the nearby Liberty Taproom. After this first kiss, Rep. Haley drove us to the parking lot behind the neighborhood center at Emily Douglas Park where we parked for approximately forty-five minutes.”

“There we slid back the seats of her Cadillac SUV so that Rep. Haley could climb on top of me,” further alleging that the affair continued through the Spring of 2007, with the pair meeting up at his Columbia apartment, as well as “a few other romantic encounters occurred in her SUV including one in the parking lot of the S.C. Policy Council” and “in her State House office.”

Larry Merchant, a Columbia lobbyist who was married at the time, wrote in his sworn statement that he and Haley had dinner, drinks, and sex in her Salt Lake City hotel room in 2008.

“After a night together of dinner and drinks with other participants of the conference, Rep. Haley and I returned to the hotel together. We went back to her room where we had sexual intercourse and I spent the remainder of the evening. I left her room at approximately 6:00 am,” Merchant wrote in his sworn affidavit. “I came forward publicly on this matter only after being contacted by the press and after hearing Rep. Haley claim that she had been One Hundred Percent faithful to her husband in response to the Folk’s allegations when I knew her statements were absolutely false.”

He would go on to cite the affair with Haley in court papers as a contributing factor to his 2013 divorce.

Despite Haley’s unwavering denial of the extramarital affairs, multiple Republican sources from the time have come forward to say that they were either personally aware of or even actually witnessed Haley’s sexual trysts, as they claim the GOP candidate was not secretive about her affairs.
