Donald Trump absurdly declared that he has done more for women than any other president just a day after viciously attacking three prominent female Democrats and referring to suburban women as mere “housewives.”
During the phone call with Fox News, Trump called House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) “crazy,” referred to Senator Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) as “nasty,” and insulted Rep. Alexandria Cortez (D-N.Y.) by questioning her intelligence. He also lashed out at MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski.
This tantrum followed Joe Biden’s announcement of Harris as his vice-presidential running mate, which would make her the first female vice president if elected.
So, people were rather outraged when Trump dared to declare himself a champion for women in a statement supporting a bill that would set aside federal land for the construction of a monument recognizing the passage of the 19th Amendment.

It should be pointed out that a Democrat authored the bill Trump claims to support. But his insistence that he’s done the most for women is laughable considering he is anti-choice, smears female reporters and politicians, and has eliminated many programs that benefited women and girls across the country, including equal pay rules.
As such, Twitter users did NOT let him get away with it.

This latest Trump lie follows a press conference in which he was directly asked if he regrets the 20,000 lies he has told over the last 3 and a half years. Trump failed to muster a response.
Considering his recent treatment of Harris, reporters should ask him about this lie next.
