Gordon Sondland, the U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, kneecapped the Trump administration today during his testimony at the public impeachment inquiry. One-by-one, various members of the Trump administration were thrown under the bus and it was incredible to watch. But, as riveting as it was for the public to observe as the hearing unfolded, revealing the corruption of this “presidency,” Republicans had to want to be anywhere but in that room.
During Devin Nunes’s opening remarks, he regurgitated the same bullshit, feigning that his “president” is the real victim in the Ukraine extortion scandal that kicked off the impeachment inquiry. Shortly after that, Sondland took a torch to the Trump administration and even implicated vice president Mike Pence, too.

“Everyone was in the loop,” Sondland said during his testimony. That includes Donald Trump, his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, John Bolton, Rick Perry, secretary of state Mike Pompeo, and vice-president Mike Pence. Now that we’re aware of how many participants knew about Trump’s attempt to extort Ukraine, we’re pretty sure guys like Nunes and perhaps Jim Jordan knew as well.
If I took a shot of alcohol for every Trump administration member that was thrown under the proverbial bus today, I would be dead from alcohol poisoning. Trump is like a mafia-boss but as with his other endeavors, he’s not very good at his job. Trump can hardly claim to not know any of his administration officials but we’re sure he’ll try as he demotes them to “coffee boy” status.
Don’t worry, Devin. You can always go back to suing a fake cow.
