United States history was once again made after DOJ-appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team formally indicted scandal-plagued ex-President Donald Trump on multiple charges related to the infamous stolen document scandal. This brutal indictment serves as the former president’s 2nd official indictment in a number of weeks, and his first formal indictment on federal charges stemming from the US Department of Justice.
Smith, on behalf of the Biden DOJ, has been investigating the former president for his role in inciting the January 6th Capitol insurrection, his attempt to overthrow the 2020 presidential election after his loss to Joe Biden, and the infamous stolen Mar-a-Lago document scandal, in which Donald Trump stole classified government documents at the end of his presidency, relocated the material to his Palm Beach compound, where he hid them, lied about his possession of the materials, and repeatedly refused to comply with government requests and subpoenas for their return.
And Donnie’s favorite daughter wants nothing to do with it…
In the wake of the bombshell indictment news, Page Six spoke with inside sources who confirmed that, while Melania Trump appears to be standing by her man as it all crumbles down around them, Donald Trump’s eldest and clearly most favored daughter, Ivanka Trump, apparently can’t run away from her dear ole dad fast enough amid his federal crimes scandal.

“Melania knows what she signed up for. She is in a wait-and-see position. He’ll either be in prison or be President. Or both. It’s not a time for fighting within the family,” Page Six quotes an inside source on the matter. “Ivanka Trump who lives in Miami, meanwhile, ‘Will be staying far away from daddy,’ says a source,” the article adds.
The report goes on to quote a source stating, “Ivanka has disappeared.”
As noted by the tabloid, this is far from Ivanka’s first attempt to gain some distance from her father as his scandals grow.
“The former First Daughter has distanced herself from Trump during his latest White House campaign,” the report reads. “When Trump was indicted on charges stemming from the Daniels scandal in March, Ivanka made a brief statement saying, ‘I love my father and I love my country. Today, I am pained for both. I appreciate the voices across the political spectrum expressing support and concern.'”
Page Six confirmed, “A source told Page Six at the time that Ivanka and her hubby, Jared Kushner, ‘want nothing to do with this.’ The insider explained, ‘Ivanka lost a lot of friends and her social scenes during his presidency… They want to put it in the rearview. They want it behind them.'”
