Ivanka Trump is always very good at putting on a public show. She is never not attempting to put on a facade of demure grace, poise, and stuck-up “maturity.”
But don’t let the former First Daughter fool you, folks. Ivanka Trump is as catty as ever.
Ok! Magazine managed to get the inside scoop from sources close to Donald Trump’s eldest and favorite daughter and, according to the insiders, Ivanka’s got a bit of beef with her soon-to-be sister-in-law.
From an outsider’s standpoint looking in, Donald Trump Jr. seems pretty damn thrilled with his fiance, former Fox News personality Kimberly Guilfoyle. Frankly, I don’t want to know what they’ve got going on behind closed doors, but the pair seems to have hit it off and they’ve been trucking right along ever since.

But Ok! reports that certain members of the Trump family perhaps aren’t nearly as accepting of the notoriously loud-mouthed former attorney as the eldest Trump spawn seems to be.
“Ivanka [Trump] doesn’t trust her because she sees her as a social climber desperate to marry into the family,” one inside source told the entertainment tabloid.
Of course, this isn’t the first time that the public has gotten an inside glimpse of the apparent tension between Ivanka and Kim. Things got rather… Interesting, to say the least, amid youngest Trump daughter Tiffany’s glitzy Mar-a-Lago wedding last year, when Ivanka was accused of cropping her brother’s main squeeze out of the wedding photos she posted on Instagram. Insiders later claimed that the crop job was “just a mistake,” but no one was really buying it, and insiders now tell the tabloid that there was definitely some tension there.
“Kimberly wore black, which rubbed everyone the wrong way,” the source told Ok! with regard to the November 2022 wedding party, during which all the other ladies wore light pastels and Kim stuck out like a sore thumb in her funeral-esque attire. Apparently, Kimberly’s fashion faux-pas was enough to not only piss off Ivanka but the bride Tiffany herself, with the source saying, “Kimberly knew the dress code and simply disregarded it, which upset both Tiffany and Ivanka.”
Apparently, it was the black dress debacle that spurred Ivanka to cut her future sister-in-law out of the wedding snapshot. “Once people online noticed, Ivanka reposted the image with Kimberly in it, but the damage was done,” the source confirmed.
Sources go on to further add that some of the tension between Ivanka and Kim may run deeper than the black dress, as Ivanka still has quite a soft spot for her brother’s ex-wife Vanessa Trump. “She loves her former sister-in-law, Vanessa,” insiders said of Don Jr.’s ex-wife, who he divorced in 2018 after 13 years of marriage and 5 children together. “There was hope that they would reconcile, but Kimberly put the kibosh on that.”
Add to all of that Ivanka’s very public and curiously-timed decision to abandon any involvement she once had in her father’s political career, just as he launched his tumultuous 2024 presidential campaign.
The source confirmed to the publication, “Ivanka’s decision to stay out of politics and re-launch her brand is another reason she’s been keeping her distance. Kimberly, along with Eric’s wife, Lara, consider it a huge betrayal, so they’ve taken sides against her. No one trusts anyone anymore.”
