He is not happy.

Former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman and her attorney, John M. Phillips, are taking a victory lap on Twitter after defeating former President Donald Trump in his bid to enforce a nondisclosure agreement. This could be good news for Mary Trump, the twice-impeached one-term president’s niece after writing a tell-all book. Donald threatened to sue his niece, claiming that she signed an agreement.

After Manigault Newman authored a tell-all book about her time serving in the Trump administration, Trump launched a lawsuit against her. The New York Times reports that Trump lost his effort to enforce the NDA.

“The decision in the case, which Mr. Trump’s campaign filed in August 2018 with the American Arbitration Association in New York, comes as the former president is enmeshed in a number of investigations and legal cases related to his private company,” the outlet reports.

“Donald has used this type of vexatious litigation to intimidate, harass and bully for years,” Manigault Newman said in a statement. “Finally the bully has met his match!”

“The decision, dated on Friday and handed down on Monday, calls for her to collect legal fees from the Trump campaign,” the report states.

The Times reports that the book “Unhinged” paints “a picture of an out-of-control president who is in a state of mental decline and is prone to racist and misogynistic behavior. Ms. Manigault Newman’s book also casts the former president’s daughter Ivanka Trump and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, in a negative light. When Trump advisers tried to cast doubt on Ms. Manigault Newman’s accounts, she released audio recordings that backed up several of her claims.”

Manigault Newman responded on Twitter.

Trump hasn’t mentioned the decision, but he did attack his former aide in a statement released on Twitter by his spokesperson Liz Harrington to circumvent his ban on the social site. Trump alleges that people “truly hated her.”

And, of course, he referred to himself in the third person.

Trump also lashed out at Grisham.

What a petty man.
