Trump Is Pitching A Temper Tantrum After SNL Brutally Roasted Him And His Infamous Gold Toilet: “A Bad Show That’s Not Funny Or Smart”

It seems ex-President Donald Trump really got his knickers in a twist over a Saturday Night Live cold open that dared to openly and hilariously mock the washed-up, scandal-ridden, has-been former guy, as well as his infamous gold toilets.

This week’s episode of the beloved SNL comedy sketch show saw a brutally hilarious mock-up of the January 6th House Select Committee’s recent final, blockbuster public hearing — complete with a side-splitting video “exhibit” of Donald Trump perched upon a gold toilet as the Capitol riot raged, asking “Is Mike Pence dead yet?” while one of his sycophantic aides casually grabs him an ice cold Diet Coke.

Now, Trump has never really been a superfan of SNL. Especially not since the comedy sketch show started to take a sharp aim at his mockery of a presidential administration. But apparently, the show took things just a little too far for the former guy when they brought his golden toilet into it, as it seems the newest SNL episode really left Donnie boy with some seriously hurt feelings.

And what does Trump do when his feelings are hurt?

He runs straight to his Truth Social echo chamber for a crumb of validation for his crybaby gripes.

Taking to his struggling social media platform, Donald stayed as true to himself as ever, as he kicked off his unhinged rage by ranting against the late-night comedy show’s television ratings, as he always does, before going on to make a profound prediction that the long-running show is on its last leg, with its final days looming over its future.

“I once hosted Saturday Night Live, and the ratings were HUUUGE!” Trump declared in a “Truth.” “Now, however, the ratings are lower than ever before, and the show will probably be put to ‘rest.’ It is just not, at these levels, sustainable – A bad show that’s not funny or smart. L.M. is angry and exhausted, the show even more so. It was once good, never great, but now, like the Late Night Losers who have lost their audience but have no idea why, it is over for SNL – A great thing for America!”

Mediaite notes in their report on the matter, “Ratings for the show have fallen this season, and Trump’s hosting stints in 2005 and 2015 did produce high ratings. But Saturday Night Live does punch above its weight in metrics like ad impressions and online viewership.”
