Trump Launched Nasty Attack Against Pelosi During Fox & Friends Call-In Meltdown: “She’s A Sick Puppy”

He just can't stop blaming others for his own failures.

President Donald Trump viciously attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) during a call-in to Fox & Friends for criticizing his response to the coronavirus pandemic, even rolling out a new excuse for his failure.

Pelosi slammed Trump’s response to the pandemic on CNN and referenced Trump’s tweet of himself fiddling like Nero when Rome burned.

“His denial at the beginning was deadly,” Pelosi said. “His delaying of getting equipment to where it — his continued delay in getting equipment to where it’s needed is deadly. I don’t know what the scientists are saying to him. I don’t know what the scientists said to him. When did this president know about this, and what did he know? What did he know and when did he know it? That’s for an after-action review. But as the president fiddles, people are dying and we just have to take every precaution.”

Indeed, over 24,000 Americans are dead as Trump spends his time demanding quid pro quos from Democratic governors whose states desperately need federal help getting the medical supplies hospitals require. Trump also failed to take the virus seriously from the beginning, calling it a “hoax” and downplaying the danger it posed.

In response to Pelosi, Trump threw a tantrum and blamed his poor coronavirus response on impeachment.

“She’s a sick puppy, in my opinion,” Trump said on the phone. “She has a lot of problems. She was playing the impeachment game, she looked like a fool. She’s controlled by the radical left — AOC plus three. There’s something wrong with the woman. She knows what we’ve done.”

Here’s the video via Twitter:

Impeachment has nothing to do with Trump’s terrible response to a pandemic he knew about months in advance before it started infected Americans on American soil. Impeachment also had nothing to do with Trump’s decision to disband the Pandemic Response team and under-staff the CDC. Trump even eliminated a CDC position in China that could have warned him about the seriousness of the virus earlier.

Trump has also chosen to not speak with Pelosi since the impeachment out of pure pettiness. And his continued pettiness is killing Americans across the country. He should take responsibility for his failures like a real leader. But as usual, he’s trying to find a scapegoat.
