United States history was once again made after DOJ-appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team formally indicted scandal-plagued ex-President Donald Trump on multiple charges related to the infamous stolen document scandal. This brutal indictment serves as the former president’s 2nd official indictment in a number of weeks, and his first formal indictment on federal charges stemming from the US Department of Justice.
Smith, on behalf of the Biden DOJ, has been investigating the former president for his role in inciting the January 6th Capitol insurrection, his attempt to overthrow the 2020 presidential election after his loss to Joe Biden, and the infamous stolen Mar-a-Lago document scandal, in which Donald Trump stole classified government documents at the end of his presidency, relocated the material to his Palm Beach compound, where he hid them, lied about his possession of the materials, and repeatedly refused to comply with government requests and subpoenas for their return.
This bombshell development is finally set to come to a head today, as scandal-plagued former President Donald J. Trump will face his formal arraignment on a staggering 37 felony charges in a Miami court at 3 p.m. ET. this afternoon.
But, instead of laying low and keeping his head down, Donald Trump is doing what he does best in the midst of the most intense, brutal scandal of his life — making it even worse.

Taking to his equally scandal-ridden Truth Social platform, Trump went off into an unhinged tirade, lodging absolutely insane allegations against the FBI, just literal hours before he faces arraignment in a Miami courtroom on more than 3 dozen federal charges:
This is the Thug, overturned consistently and unanimously in big cases, that Biden and his CORRUPT Injustice Department stuck on me. He’s a Radical Right Lunatic and Trump Hater, as are all his friends and family, who probably ‘planted’ information in the ‘boxes’ given to them. They taint everything that they touch, including our Country, which is rapidly going to HELL!”
Trump quickly came back for round two in a second, unhinged post, this time in all caps, writing:
THE GRAND JURY WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT OR THE CLINTON SOCKS CASE, BOTH EXONERATING!”
Frankly, we saw this coming from a mile away.
