On Thursday, the White House morning began with Donald Trump already active on Truth Social.
By 7 a.m., he had posted an AI generated image showing Joe Biden slumped unconscious in the Oval Office, Hunter Biden using the Resolute Desk for drugs, Barack Obama linked to an autopen operation, and Hillary Clinton standing over the scene with a stern look.
“A highly accurate depiction of the Sleepy Joe Biden Administration. Tremendous damage done but, WE’RE BACK!!!” Trump wrote.
Each element in the image was deliberate. Biden is passed out at his desk in striped pajamas with ZZZ floating above his head while Obama holds a box marked “AUTOPEN” and an aide forges Biden’s signature on a document in front of him.

The melting tub of ice cream beside Biden was a nod to the former president’s well-documented love of the dairy product. The cocaine was a reference to the July 2023 incident when Secret Service found roughly two grams of the substance at the White House’s West Entrance. The investigation closed without identifying the owner. Republicans pointed to Hunter Biden, who denied it.
The autopen element deserves its own context. Trump has repeatedly claimed without evidence that Biden’s aides used the mechanical signing device to approve sweeping pardons before leaving office in January 2025, including one for Hunter Biden, suggesting Biden was too cognitively impaired to govern directly.
An hour after the Biden image, Trump posted a photo of the gold-leaf-covered bronze statue of himself installed at his Doral golf course in Miami last month, which has been widely compared to statues of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il.

The sculptor, Alan Cottrill, told reporters the crypto investors commissioning the work asked him to make some adjustments. “The crypto guys said I had to get rid of some of the turkey neck. I had to thin him down,” Cottrill said. Trump captioned it: “The Real Deal – GOLD – At Doral in Miami. Put there by great American Patriots!!!”
Then, because apparently there is no such thing as logging off, Trump posted another rant targeting Hakeem Jeffries after juxtaposing his comments about “Maximum Warfare” with images tied to the alleged White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter.
“This lunatic, Hakeem ‘Low IQ’ Jeffries, should be charged with INCITING VIOLENCE!” Trump wrote.
