Yet another bombshell revelation about the disgraced ex-president is now making waves in the media as an excerpt from journalist Michael Wolff’s book, Landslide: The Final Days of the Trump Presidency, covered by Business Insider, details the massive blowup between former President Trump and his then-campaign manager Brad Parscale on the heels of Donald’s infamous, humiliating Tulsa rally.

As I’m sure you’ll recall, Trump was pretty brutally humiliated last summer after his indoor Tulsa, Oklahoma, rally had a much lower-than-expected turnout after hundreds of TikTokers allegedly got tickets to the event with no intent to show up. According to Wolff’s book, this embarrassing rally turn out resulted in Trump blowing up on Parscale, berating and blaming his campaign manager for the humiliation.

“Has Brad actually ever done anything right?” the ex-president allegedly vented to his aides with Parscale quite literally standing in the room, seemingly just ignoring the campaign manager’s presence, according to an excerpt of the book recently published by The Times of London. “He’s fucked everything up.”

Trump’s June 20th Tulsa rally last year was heavily promoted as the then-president’s comeback event after the COVID-19 pandemic had halted his rallies and thrown the nation into a long lockdown, right as Trump was trying to gear up for his second presidential run. The Trump campaign, and Parscale specifically, boasted that nearly 1 million people had put in a request for tickets to the event.

However, when the rally actually came about, the turnout was embarrassingly low. The Trump campaign still tried to claim after the rally that there had been at least 12,000 people in attendance, but the Tulsa Fire Department contradicted the campaign’s claim, noting that only about 6,200 of Trump’s supporters showed up to his big comeback event.

According to reports at the time, the empty seat absolutely infuriated Donald Trump.

“How can you be so stupid? Answer me!” Trump screamed at Parscale, according to the book.

Parscale was unsuccessful in cobbling together a defense before the then-president fired into him once again.

“Stupid, stupid, stupid… just tell me how stupid you can possibly be?” Trump allegedly continued to rage. “I want to know. Really. Tell me.”

The Trump campaign ultimately blamed the embarrassingly low turnout on TikTok users and K-pop fans who claimed to have registered for the event with no intention of actually attending. In a statement at the time, Parscale said “phony ticket requests never factor into our thinking.”

The former campaign manager went on to claim that the terribly low turnout was a result of “a week’s worth of the fake news media warning people away from the rally because of COVID and protestors.”

Very shortly after the Tusla rally fiasco, Trump and his then-advisor Jared Kushner demoted Parscale from his position as campaign manager and replaced him with Bill Stepien.

Wolff’s tell-all book is set to hit the shelves on July 27th and it certainly seems like it will be well worth a read.
