President Donald Trump attacked the problems experienced by the Iowa Democratic Caucus on Tuesday morning, only to brag about his own primary victory — despite being unopposed.
A glitch in a reporting app caused a major issue on Monday night as no Democratic candidate could declare victory or concede resulting in a delay that is still ongoing as officials work on fixing the technical problems.
Trump responded by gloating about the troubles experienced by the Democratic Caucus, even going so far as to declare himself the winner.
The Democrat Caucus is an unmitigated disaster. Nothing works, just like they ran the Country. Remember the 5 Billion Dollar Obamacare Website, that should have cost 2% of that. The only person that can claim a very big victory in Iowa last night is “Trump”.

And then he poured on the narcissism by bragging about his win in the Iowa Republican primary.
The Democrat Party in Iowa really messed up, but the Republican Party did not. I had the largest re-election vote in the history of that great state, by far, beating President Obama’s previous record by a lot. Also, 97% Plus of the vote! Thank you Iowa!

The problem is that Trump ran unopposed, resulting in social media mocking his boast.
Imagine bragging about how great an incumbent did in an unopposed primary.

You ran unopposed and still only got 97%?

Winning the Iowa caucus does not guarantee winning the state in the general election. If the Democrat wins it again in November as Obama did in 2008 and 2012, it would be sign of disaster for Trump’s campaign. He won’t be bragging then.
