Even lawyer Alan Dershowitz, who defended Donald Trump in the former president’s first Senate impeachment trial last year, refused to support Trump’s big lie of widespread voter fraud that doesn’t exist. The former president cannot get over the fact that he lost the election in both the electoral and popular vote over eight months ago to Joe Biden.
And listening to Trump drone on about it daily is mentally exhausted. Even for the likes of Alan Dershowitz. Although Dershowitz didn’t defend Trump during his second impeachment, he did say that he believes the speech Trump gave at the Ellipse -— which led the House to charge him for “incitement of insurrection” — was protected by the First Amendment.
As for the election being “rigged,” as the former president has declared without proof, his old pal Dershowitz wasn’t going to go there on Hannity’s Fox News show.
“There’s never been a perfect election,” he said. “JFK’s election wasn’t perfect. George Bush’s election wasn’t perfect. And the current election wasn’t perfect. Number two, the evidence seems to strongly suggest that it wasn’t stolen and that the outcome was right.”
“There would not be a reversal of fortune, a reversal of the election,” he added. “That would not happen, unless we found — unbelievably — it didn’t happen here, massive, massive, deliberate fraud. But it’s just not going to happen.”

Alan Dershowitz on Hannity thinks audits of the election are good and he magically knows the outcome, It will show mistakes but no stolen election.
How in the hell would he know, is he doing the audits in all the battleground states?
